Verify if every item in your order has already been dispatched. To ensure that your packages were delivered, contact the shipper after placing your order and receiving your Package Tracking Numbers. Should every one of your deliveries display the status “delivered,” please get in touch with customer support for help.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in a discrete and safe manner. We will only disclose the bare minimum of information, including your name and address, required for the items to reach their destination. There won’t be a statement about the type of goods ordered. Packaging is also done with the security of the items within in mind.

The shipping method you select at the checkout will determine how long it will take for your order to arrive. Orders shipped via Regular Airmail arrive three weeks after the shipment date is verified, while orders shipped via Express Courier should be expected to arrive no later than two weeks after the shipment date.

In the unlikely event that you are not home when the delivery courier arrives, they will leave you a notice to pick up the envelope at your neighborhood post office. You can also contact the delivery service to schedule a more convenient delivery time.
